Effective Date: 19 August 2026

Keshri Cloud (“Keshri Cloud”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information you use while using the Keshri Cloud mobile application (“App”).
This Privacy Policy explains what information the App may access, how that information is used, where it is stored, and your choices regarding the information.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
The Keshri Cloud App is designed with a local-data approach.
We do not intentionally collect, upload, transmit, or store users’ personal information, GPS/location information, photographs, camera images, or other user-generated App data on our own servers.
Information processed by the App may remain on the user’s device.
We do not sell or rent users’ personal information.
2. Location and GPS Information
The App may request access to your device’s location or GPS functionality.
Location access may be required to provide features such as:
- Displaying the user’s current location
- Location-based functionality
- Map-related features
- Showing geographical information
- Other features that require device location
The App does not intentionally upload or store the user’s GPS/location information on Keshri Cloud’s own servers.
Location permission can be managed through the Android device’s permission settings.
If you deny location permission, certain location-dependent features of the App may not function properly.
3. Camera Permission
The App may request access to the device camera when a feature requires taking a photograph or capturing visual information.
Camera access is used only for functionality provided within the App.
Photos or images captured using the camera are not automatically uploaded to Keshri Cloud’s servers.
Where the App stores captured images locally, they remain on the user’s device unless the user voluntarily chooses to share, export, or otherwise transmit them through another application or service.
You can revoke camera permission at any time through your Android device settings.
4. Maps and Location Services
The App may use map functionality to display maps, geographical information, or location-related information.
Maps may be provided through third-party map service providers.
When third-party map services are used, those providers may independently process technical information or location-related information as necessary to provide their services.
Such processing is governed by the privacy policy and terms of the applicable third-party service provider.
Keshri Cloud does not intentionally store the user’s GPS/location information on its own servers.
5. Local Storage
Certain information required for the operation of the App may be stored locally on the user’s Android device.
Local information may include App settings, preferences, cached information, or other information generated by the App.
This locally stored information is not automatically accessible to Keshri Cloud.
If you uninstall the App or clear its application data, locally stored information may be deleted.
6. Personal Information
The App does not intentionally collect or maintain a server-side database of users’ personal information.
We do not intentionally collect information such as:
- Name
- Home address
- Phone number
- Personal photographs
- GPS/location history
- Camera images
- Contacts
- Personal files
unless the App’s functionality specifically requires a user to voluntarily provide such information.
If a user voluntarily contacts Keshri Cloud by email, telephone, or another communication method, information provided during that communication may be used only to respond to the user’s request and provide support.
7. Data Sharing
Keshri Cloud does not sell, rent, or trade users’ personal information.
We do not intentionally share users’ locally stored App information with third parties.
However, certain third-party services may be required for specific App functionality, including map services or other technical services.
Such third-party providers may process information independently according to their own privacy policies.
Users should review the privacy policies of applicable third-party service providers.
8. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services to provide certain functionality.
Examples may include:
- Map services
- Android system services
- Device services
- Other technical services required for App functionality
Third-party services may collect or process technical information according to their own privacy policies.
Keshri Cloud does not control the privacy practices of independent third-party service providers.
Where applicable, users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of those providers.
9. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information associated with the App.
Because the App is designed so that the described user-generated information remains on the user’s device and is not intentionally transmitted to our servers, Keshri Cloud does not maintain a server-side database containing such information.
Users are responsible for protecting access to their own device and keeping their Android operating system and App up to date.
10. Data Retention
Keshri Cloud does not intentionally retain users’ GPS/location information, camera images, photographs, or other locally generated App information on its own servers.
Information stored locally on the user’s device remains subject to the user’s device settings and actions.
The user may generally remove local App information by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App.
11. Data Deletion
Because Keshri Cloud does not intentionally store the described user-generated information on its own servers, there is generally no server-side personal data maintained by us that requires deletion.
Users can delete locally stored App data by:
- Opening Android Settings.
- Opening Apps/Application Management.
- Selecting the Keshri Cloud App.
- Choosing the appropriate option to clear the App’s data, or uninstalling the App.
If you believe that Keshri Cloud has received personal information from you through a voluntary communication, you may contact us using the contact details provided below.
12. User Permissions and Controls
The App may request access to certain device features, including:
Location/GPS
Used for location-based and map-related features.
Camera
Used for camera-related functionality.
You can allow, deny, or revoke these permissions through Android’s application permission settings.
Disabling a required permission may prevent the related feature from functioning.
13. Children’s Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because the App does not intentionally maintain a server-side database of users’ personal information, we do not knowingly maintain children’s personal information on our servers.
If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information to us, they may contact us using the details below.
14. Advertising
The current version of the App does not intentionally collect users’ personal information for advertising purposes.
If advertising or advertising-related services are introduced in a future version of the App, this Privacy Policy may be updated accordingly.
15. Analytics and Crash Reporting
The App does not intentionally transmit users’ personal information, GPS/location data, or camera images to Keshri Cloud servers for analytics or crash reporting.
If third-party analytics or crash-reporting services are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe the applicable data practices.
16. Offline and Local Processing
Where technically applicable, the App may process information locally on the user’s device.
Local processing means that information can be used by the App without being transmitted to Keshri Cloud’s servers.
Users should understand that Android system services and third-party services used by specific App features may operate independently and may have their own data-processing practices.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, applicable laws, services, or our privacy practices.
When we make changes, the updated Privacy Policy will be published on this page and the “Last Updated” date will be changed.
We encourage users to periodically review this Privacy Policy.
